Cats welcome. Limit two. Must be declawed, spayed/neutered. $150 refundable pet deposit assuming that there is no damage. There is a $15/month pet rent fee.

Rental office is located on the left. FROM I-90 EAST: Exit onto Arlington Heights Road and continue South to Higgins Road (Route 72). Head East on Higgins to Oakton Street, and continue East on Oakton to Elmhurst Road. Take Elmhurst Road North to Enterprise Drive, and turn left into The Colony Apartments.
